THIS NOTICE DESCRIBES HOW YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION MAY BE COLLECTED, USED,
AND DISCLOSED, AND HOW YOU CAN ACCESS THIS INFORMATION. PLEASE REVIEW IT
CAREFULLY.


For purposes of this Notice, “Mission to Deliver PAC,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Mission to
Deliver PAC, a political action committee organized under applicable federal and state election
laws. When we use the term “Personal Information,” we are referring to information that
identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to you or your household, whether collected
online or offline.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your Personal Information
responsibly. This Notice of Privacy Practices explains what information we collect, how we use
and protect it, the choices you have regarding your information, and how you can exercise your
rights. By using our website, applications, or services (“Services”), you agree to the practices
described in this Notice.
If any applicable federal or state privacy law provides you with greater privacy protections than
those described in this Notice, we will comply with that law in addition to the practices set forth
herein.

In providing our Services and carrying out our mission, we collect Personal Information, which
may include identifiable information such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone
number, or contributor identification, from the following sources:


• Information you provide to us on applications, contribution forms, registration pages,
newsletter sign-ups, or other forms or websites we sponsor.
• Information we obtain from your transactions with us, including contributions, event
registrations, and communications.
• Information automatically collected when you use our Services, including your IP
address, browser type and device information, cookies and tracking technologies, and
usage data such as pages visited, time spent on the site, and referring URLs.
• Information we may receive from third-party sources, including analytics providers,
advertising partners, and payment processors.
• Information obtained from publicly available sources.


Payment information, including credit card data, is processed through secure third-party
payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment data on our
servers.

We Never Share Your Personal Information, Unless You Give Us Prior Written Permission,
for the Following Purposes:

applicable federal and state election laws. Please note that certain contributor information,

required to be publicly disclosed under federal and state campaign finance laws.
Example: Contributions above certain thresholds must be reported to the Federal Election
Commission (FEC) and may appear in publicly available campaign finance databases.

We may share Personal Information about you in response to a court or administrative order,
subpoena, or other lawful legal process.

We may disclose Personal Information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is
necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Mission to Deliver PAC, our supporters, or

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY (COPPA)


Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect
Personal Information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such
information, we will delete it promptly.


DATA RETENTION


We retain Personal Information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this
Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, including federal and
state campaign finance record-keeping requirements. It may be infeasible to destroy certain
information, but any Personal Information we retain will be kept secure and used only for
permissible purposes.

we will notify affected individuals without unreasonable delay, consistent with applicable federal
and state laws. We will let you know promptly what occurred, what information may have been
affected, and what steps we are taking in response.


EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS (CAN-SPAM ACT)


If you provide your email address, we may send you information related to our Services,
activities, and mission. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in our
emails or contacting us directly.


SMS COMMUNICATIONS (TCPA)


If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Mission to Deliver PAC, please note the following:

• Message and data rates may apply.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.


We do not share SMS opt-in data with third parties except as required to provide messaging
services or comply with law.
