www.missiontodeliver.com, mobile applications (“Apps”), and online services (collectively, the
“Services”). As a condition of accessing and using any of the Services, you agree to accept
these Terms & Conditions as well as the privacy practices described in our Online Privacy

EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ASSUME ANY LEGAL LIABILITY OR
RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY, ADEQUACY, QUALITY, COMPLETENESS, OR
TIMELINESS OF THE SERVICES OR CONTENT. FURTHER, MISSION TO DELIVER PAC
SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR
INCIDENTAL DAMAGES TO THE USER, OR A THIRD PARTY ARISING FROM THE USE OF
OR RELIANCE UPON THE SERVICES OR CONTENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION,
ANY LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOST DATA, EVEN IF MISSION TO
DELIVER PAC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND
REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION.

Mission to Deliver PAC does not warrant or guarantee that any files or applications available for
download are free of cookies, viruses, worms, or other harmful elements. Downloaded
information may be subsequently updated, and it is your responsibility to ensure that information
you have downloaded is current.

Mission to Deliver PAC has no liability for any actions taken as a result of or in connection with
use of the Services. By your use of the Services or Content, you recognize and agree to hold
Mission to Deliver PAC harmless from any liability arising from your use of the Services or the

software used to provide the Services.

Contributions and Payments

Mission to Deliver PAC may allow you to make contributions through our secure online

Services. If you choose to make a contribution, your payment card and/or bank account details
are securely collected and transmitted by a third-party payment processor for the sole purpose
of processing your contribution. The payment processor is responsible for securely storing such
payment details and limiting access to authorized users.

By making a contribution through our Services, you authorize our payment processor to process
the transaction using the financial account you designate. You agree that you are fully
responsible for any such transactions and agree to use only financial accounts for which you are
an authorized user.

Contributions to Mission to Deliver PAC are subject to federal and state campaign finance laws
and regulations. By making a contribution, you certify that the contribution is made from your
own funds, is not made in the name of another person, and complies with all applicable
contribution limits and prohibitions. Certain contributor information, including your name,
address, occupation, employer, and contribution amount, may be required to be publicly
disclosed under applicable law.

In no event will we or our payment processor be liable to any party for any direct, indirect,
special, or other consequential damages arising out of the use of our contribution processing
services.

Electronic Communications

By registering for or using our Services, you agree to receive communications from Mission to
Deliver PAC electronically, including via email and, where you have opted in, via SMS text
message. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time as described in our Online
Privacy Statement.
